Qualification: bachelor’s degree

The educational programme consists of 4 blocks of disciplines.
Psychological disciplines deal with competent communication and customer relations.
Administrative disciplines help students to organize customer service work.
Technological disciplines give fundamental knowledge in the chosen sphere of service –arrangement and service of household appliances, hairdressing and beauty services, clothes design.
IT-disciplines help to understand the role of modern information technologies in the service industry and during the course of study students learn how to put these technologies into practice.

After completing the educational programme students are granted the qualification of an economist and a manager. The graduates can work in service, hotel and tourism industries. The high level of education is in compliance with modern tendencies and requirements. The Department is oriented to long-term and perspective projects of the international level.

After completing the educational programme students are granted the qualification of an economist and a manager. The graduates can work in service, hotel and tourism industries. 216400 Technology of artistic processing of materials

Specialization: Technology of artistic processing of non-conventional materials (full-time and part-time curriculum)
Qualification: bachelor’s degree

During this programme students learn graphic skills of a modern designer and they acquire the ability to work with different materials. At the end of the course students defend a qualification work that includes not only the creation of an art work project, but also its implementation.


100400 Tourism (bachelor’s students)

Specialization: Technology and organization of tour operator and travel agency services (full-time and part-time curriculum)
Qualification: bachelor’s degree

The educational programme is aimed at preparation of competitive highly qualified personnel for travel companies, forming necessary personal qualities.

Students learn the following disciplines:

This education enables our graduates to work in different spheres of tourism industry (organization of a customer service process, tourist programmes design, organization of production and management processes at enterprises in tourism industry, implementation of innovation technologies on the basis of scientific approaches and principles of tourist design).
