Qualification: bachelor’s degree
The educational programme consists of 4 blocks of disciplines. Psychological disciplines deal with competent communication and customer relations. Administrative disciplines help students to organize customer service work. Technological disciplines give fundamental knowledge in the chosen sphere of service –arrangement and service of household appliances, hairdressing and beauty services, clothes design. IT-disciplines help to understand the role of modern information technologies in the service industry and during the course of study students learn how to put these technologies into practice.

During this programme students learn graphic skills of a modern designer and they acquire the ability to work with different materials. At the end of the course students defend a qualification work that includes not only the creation of an art work project, but also its implementation.
